I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a master’s in food and nutrition science. I started my career in the acute care setting working at a local hospital. During this time, I became an expert in providing medical nutrition therapy for a large variety of disease and illness. Although I did get to work with many clients during this time, I longed for the opportunity to follow along with clients through their nutrition journey. I am passionate about weight management but also have a diverse background in nutrition therapy for disease management to ensure that we are looking at “the whole picture” while creating an individualized nutrition plan for you.
